One week ago my watch updated the software.
Immediately the HRV value dived and it is now completely wrong.
First of all it does not change in a few hours after having been on the same level for years.
Such change happens over days and even weeks.
According to the status I'm ready for hospital and I have correct blood pressure and pulse.
