Why did my training load suddenly spike?

Is there some kind of glitch? I've only run a total of about 12 miles in the past week, spread fairly evenly across 3 runs, which is actually pretty low for me. When I ran a 4.5 miler at a medium pace today, my training load skyrocketed from 343 to over 1411 out of nowhere. That's even higher than it was during my peak week before tapering for my marathon! What?!? There is no way that is accurate.
