Heart zones

Hi,

Ik don't receive in the heart zones in my swimm training. What could be the reason?

Does your watch support Heart Rate at swimming? Not all models have that option. And if it does, was the HR enabled in the activity settings? If both answers are positive, then how does the HR graph look like? Was your HR higher than 88 bpm at all?

Yes, HR supports during swimming and above 88

Try restarting (or soft-resetting) your watch, and test it with another swim. If it does not help, I recommend contacting the Support.
