I have a Fenix 6 Pro, and for the last two years, I had used and uploaded its data onto my Garmin account on my Android phone. For the last few months I needed to switch to an iPhone, but I will switch back to the Android later. My problem is that when I logged into my Garmin account on the iPhone, it had me create a new Connect Mobile account. I thought maybe I typed the wrong email, but when I checked the main Garmin account, both Connect accounts seem to lead to the same main Garmin account.
I wanted activities from both (Android and iPhone) to be uploaded, but I can't get them to do so. I've checked to make sure Upload is turned on, I've opted into Garmin Data Storage, and I've made my account mostly public, but nothing has changed. After I disconnected my watch to both, added it first to my Android, and then tried to add it to my iPhone, it gave me the message that it was previously paired with a different account, even though I entered the exact same account information for both devices?
Is this just a problem between Android and Apple, is there more I can do, or is there something I just messed up? Any help is appreciated.
