How can I copy the Garmin activity tracking map to a computer document?

I would like to copy the tracking drawing of the activity from the Garmin Connect app to a document (Word, Power point) in the computer to have a log activity report. How can I do it?

Take a screenshot. Use the web to get a bigger map and it is eaiser to take a screenshot and paste it right into a document.
