Hello, is it possible to connect the "Xiaomi Scale 2" to the Garmin Connect app ?

If the Xiaomi scale can send to Fitbit, you can connect it to Fitbit ----> then to My Fitness Pal ----> then to Garmin.

No, Garmin Connect was developed by Garmin as an interface for their own devices, including the Index scale. You would need to connect the scale though a 3rd party app. For example MyFintessPal can sync weight to Garmin Connect, so if you find a way to sync the weight to MFP, it would work.
