Auto pause

I choose an activity profile, try to select options but it just goes to the activity. Can't find auto pause. Help!

    You don't say which watch. On my watch (epix Gen 2)

    • Long press Up to enter settings
    • Select Activities & Apps
    • Select an activity profile, such as Run
    • Select Run Settings
    • Select Auto Pause
    • Chose an option Off/When Stopped/Custom
