I hiked with a Fenix 7X, in the evening I had 38500 steps. So I did another walking activity to earn the 40,000 step badge. I checked that on the watch I was at 42000 steps, but once the watch synchronized it again showed me 38500 steps. I restarted the operation without launching any activity and the watch constantly returns to 38500 steps once synchronized.
My phone, which normally has fewer steps, was over 50,000 steps.
My partner who has a vivoactive 4S has the same problem, losing hundreds or even thousands of steps a day.
I allow to relaunch the subject, because the other subjects which talk about the same problem are more than a year old...
