Is missing training status a known problem with the fenix 6 sapphire? Mine is "interrupted" ("unterbrochen") since November 2022 (I.e., 5 months now) albeit I have been running 100km/ months outdoors with Greg's adaptive plan with a race this weekend. All the FAQs on this topic don't help, I am sure I am meeting the requirements. Support ticket has been opened but unfortunately no response so far.
Is it worth bothering, or is this function simply broken on the f6 now? Do you know if support can help with such issues at all, or is there simply nothing that can be done?
