Missing activity data, error invalid 0:00:00

Attached fit file.

I have tried below options -

1. Removed device from connect and added again

2. Restarted watch and synced

Can you pls fix the file so I can get the see the activity.

Attached screenshot of watch data, I can see the activity was tracked on watch.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

I am able to load this file on strave and see the details. Poor thing it doesn't work on forerunner 965

I have been using garmin for almost 8 years now. This new model forerunner 965 is giving me grief with all the issues.

Yes the battery run out. With previous models when the battery runs out, after charging the watch it resumes and shows the activity upon restart.

Is it a product issue, why strava was able load the data and not garmin.

Previous forerunner models activities doesn't have the same problem, it actually resumes when watch is charged. However, with forerunner 965 I paused the activity and forgot to save it. After 15-20mins when I thought to check it went off.

I wouldn't expect new model take away good functionality to draft the activity when its paused or watch run out of battery.
