Steps missing, streak gone!

My Garmin 630 watch shows 11296 steps for yesterday, but Garmin Connect only has 1520. How can I get the history transferred?

Could it have something to do with the fact that I travelled across a time zone at about 1 am? I may have walked 1,520 steps by then.

My watch 'knows' the right amount of steps, but doesn't transfer it to Garmin Connect. I tried synching in three different ways, WiFi, bluetooth, cable to PC.

  • You could try removing your watch from Garmin Connect, signing out, signing back in (with the original credentials), adding the device back to Garmin Connect, and then syncing again. Also make sure that all three ways (WiFi, BT, USB) use the very same account credentials.

    Perhaps. You can also try setting manually the time both on your watch and on the phone to the time before the change, and attempting to sync again.
