Problem with synchronization 645 Music

My watch can't send a full day (14 april) I try with USB and bluetooth. I try to synchro many times and doesn't work (uninstall app, delete watch and pair again).

Have you tried a soft reset? Hold down the power button until the device turns off. Could take 30 seconds or more. Then turn it on again.
