When you go to the watch menu and down to Phone and tell it to pair so it's waiting or whatever the status is, then go to the phone, open it's bluetooth settings (NOT in Garmin Mobile but the phone's BT config), click Add device, do you see your watch there?
I ask because I have a fridn with a 6X that won't connect after some serious issues from 25.10 (I'm leaning toward it having somehow gotten Tactix FW on it as it only has the Tactix watchface now) and I note it not longer is broadcasting a pairing signal when I check on multiple phones while the watch is in pairing mode. Which if it got Tactix FW it would probably have different sensors including BT and GPS which explains why those don't work either. I'm trying to get a picture of her System - About - Version page to see what version of everything she has installed.
I think it's related because after a hard reset on her watch post race we coulcn't get it to pair either.
Which phone, android or iOS? Did you check the videos posted above and the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide?
