Hard to say without a description of what you see. Do you see anything? Any error messages? Has it worked before? Have you made any changes since it worked the last time like switch phone, reinstall the app or similar?
Is it your history that is missing? If yes, then you've logged into the wrong account (possibly you've created a new account).
I only see current heart rate and activity history. I cannot see average heart rate for today and for any day since 4th of february 2023, sleeping data, respiration data, stress data... I did not replace my phone since that, but I tried to reinstall Garmin connect aplication and I still have the same problem.
