New phone no training history

I upgraded Android phones and I no longer have training and weight information. Any way to transfer from old android to new android?

It's likely that when you installed Garmin Connect on your new phone, you created a new Garmin account, rather than using your already existing account which has all of your activities. There's nothing to transfer, as there is no data stored on the phone, you're accessing your data from the cloud.
