How do I go back to seeing only the challeneges and not all the participants on the My Challenges page?
Either install an older version of the Garmin Connect app from apkmirror.com, or wait for a future version where it will be changed, or use an iPhone, where there is still just a single line with the first name or two from the list of participants, so it still looks all right.
