An error has occurred message when looking at fitness age.

Since Today or maybe yesterday, every time I look at my fitness age I get the message "an error has occurred" pop up at the bottom of the screen 5 times. My fitness age still seems to be displaying ok.

When looking at all the other health stats and activities screens I get no errors, it's only the fitness age one that triggers something.

I tested the app from a different phone the other day with no linked devices and that worked without the error but I didn't want to reinstall on my phone and have to set everything up again.

You don't to set up everything again. Just uninstall (don't clear data!), reinstall and sign in again. There are just a couple of settings you will have to confirm.

I get the error message in every part of the app, whats going on

You need to uninstall and install app again. It worked for me.

Get the same message on weigh in screen, does not work to reinstall the app. This might, but I'm not sure, have started after I updated my Garmin scale.

To all who are getting the message "An error has occurred" we are investigating this issue and would like to gather more information. Please reply with answers to the following questions.

Do we have permission to email you?
Do we have permission to access your Garmin Connect account if necessary?
What country are you in?

I'll test this if I manage to successfully update my scale. The first try was a failure. In other news my Withings scale doesn't report imaginary info.

I updated my scale and I have no further error messages since I uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Connect on my Android phone. As long as you don't clear data the app comes back with all settings. The only requirement ios that you have to login again.
