Move IQ activity while performing an activity - and now the real activity is not sync on the phone

Yesterday I perform an activity of rowing for more than an hour. On my watch the activity is saved ok.

On my phone I found an activity of eliptic for 36 min. I investigated and found out it was a Move IQ activity. I deleted and turned off the Move IQ.

Tried to sync again to see the rowing activity on my phone, but it didn't happend

Can you please help me to fix this bug? How can I see my rowing activity (with 15 laps) on my phone? I need it to share it with my dragon boat team

Similar happened to me.

I connected watch to Express and synced it. That fixed it for the web, then when I opened the mobile app, the activity was there.

BTW: That's when I finally gave up on MoveIQ and turned it off, and I made sure that nothing "Auto activity" was on. If it doesn't work correctly it's not a feature. Easier to start an activity when I need one recording.

I installed Express and synced it with the watch, but still 2 activities are missing. Any other suggestion? Thanks for your help!

Have you tried a manual upload to Garmin Connect? How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect? If you can upload it with no errors, then you'll also see it on the app on your phone. Also, which watch do you have?

I tried your way, but it has errors and couldn't upload

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Check for firmware updates using Garmin Express

Today I performed a great rowing activity and again is not sync with my phone or Garmin Connect.

Can you please help me to fix the file, since uploading it is not working again! Thanks!

Do you know how I can solve this issue, so tomorrow training can sync?
