[FRENCH APP] Application stuck on server error

Hello, 

I'm on the French Garmin Connect App (v. 4.64), with an One+ Android phone (v.11). Since March the 5th, my Garmin Connect App won't stop stucking on an "Servor Error" message (it says that it will be fix on this message... but since 20 days it hasn't, si I guess the problem comes from me) which is blocking almost every function (I can't access my data, add a new travel on the app). It works well on the website, and Garmin IQ has no problem at all. I don't know why I have this error message. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app several time : it works for a short period of time, then the message comes again and I can't use the app. 

Does anyone had a similar issue ? Is there something I can do to fix it ?

  • Looks more like a connectivity problem, than a bug. Try using an alternative Internet connection (wifi instead of mobile data, or vice versa), to see whether it makes any difference. If it does not help, call the Support.

  • Thanks for your answer. I tried different internet connection and it does not help : the app won't connect to internet. I tried to look into my phone system, and I can't find anything... Do you know how to contact the support ?

    When you fill the form at https://support.garmin.com, in most countries you will be presented with three options at the bottom of the page: phone, chat, and email. Use the phone or chat options for faster processing.
