Forgot passwords function not work

I forgot passwords which I am unable to sign in. I used functions to send temp passwords to my emails but I didn't receive any email for that. I've already checked the spam mail as well but nowhere to be found? What should I do?

If I remember my profile name only then this can be any help?

P.s. The account I meant here is for the other fam member in case someone will challenge why I can post this question without remembering the passwords.

    There is a trick you can use to check if you are using the correct email address.

    In the connection page search box you can write an email address. If you write the correct email address you will see that user's account: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search

    Oh, such a good tip and it turned out not both the emails that I've expected for that account. I have no such a clue which other email that I can think of. Poor me Disappointed

    Yes, that's the right link. There is some background data hidden from the browser, and sometimes it is possible to find additional hidden details. However, in case of a private account type like this one, there is nothing you could use. I recommend contacting the Support, they may help you finding out the email address, if you manage persuading them you are the owner of the account. However, if your son is underage (less than 16 years), they may not be willing to help you, since GC accounts for underage persons are actually illegal, and they'd be obliged by the law to close the account, if they learn that the true owner is less than 16 year old (I think in the USA it is 13 years, 16 only outside the USA).

    Some users that use Gmail like to add dots "." in the email address. The dots are not used for Gmail but you will get multiple mail addresses that all go to the same address. 

    Another trick with Gmail is to add +something for different services. Example [email protected]. For Gmail the +garmin doesn't matter. All emails will be sent to the address without +garmin.

    Is your son still logged in to the Garmin Connect app  on his old phone? Then you can check there for the email address.

    Thanks for your advice. As mentioned earlier in response above, I've logged out on the old phone already that's why I could not check.

    Great tips to know to +service after Gmail, I will try it the next time. For the (.) inside the email, myself also experienced that a long time ago when I received emails from others not me. I don't know how the correct recipient will receive the email as indeed it was sent out to my Gamil box?

    I have already faced this problem many times. In fact my many accounts are still awaited of confirmation code or tem password
