Hello, since yesterday my kitebording sessions recorded on my Fenix 7 watch are not sinchronized/not showing in the application on my smartohone. Would you please let me know what could be the problem ?

Assume you're using the Kiteboard activity profile on your Fenix 7? You might try a manual upload to Garmin Connect to see if there is anything wrong with the activity - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
