Why is 'Hike' not on the list of activities?

It's a shame that hike is not on the drop down list of activities. It's possible to list my hikes on the web version but not on my phone.

Unless anyone has a solution?

    It's a general design flaw that you can't set up the list for the activities you actually do.

    In my case I have a lot of pinned activities I will never do, and what I'm doing is mostly clumped together in "all activities".

    You can only mail this as an "idea" and hope someday enough people wish for that change.

    There are quite a few hiking apps in the IQ store.

    I personally don't use them but check out Hike2+ from jim_m_58.

    Have heard good things about it in the past.

    Which watch? I have an Epix. It's on the web, the app, and my watch. 

       

    Or are you referring to this on Garmin Connect Web, 

    which is not in the list on Garmin Connect Mobile.
