Spotify playing but no sound

Spotify is installed on my fenix 7, playlist updated, Sony wireless earphones connected but no sound when I press PLAY. Please help

Volume? Do you hear other sounds from the watch like lap alerts?

Hi Andy, straight from the watch I don't recall having sounds. Or you mean through earphones?

From your earphones that are connected to the watch. The watch doesn't have any sounds...except for some peeping.

That is to make sure it really is Spotify that is the issue and not something with the earphones or the connection to them.

I had this as well, I think the last time i updated the playlist I was in a hurry and not sure if it ever got to 100%. Updated it again and it works

Same issue, nothing happens when i press play, headphone are connected.

I was in a hurry, not sure if it updated spotify playlists to 100%, did the update again and it works fine.
