Depending on model...

The device updates the time and date when it syncs with your smartphone or when the device acquires GPS signals. You should sync your device to receive the correct time when you change time zones, and to update for daylight saving time.

This watch does not have a manual time setting. Sync your watch to update the time.

Mi Garmin tiene la fecha y hora incorrectas lo he tratado poner el modo GPS para que se conecte y actualice la hora y fecha y no se quiere conectar al GPS necesito ayuda con esto

Mine changed, but my sleep data never sync'd the first night. Working now and wife got all her with the same watch (Venu 2s)
