500+ Intensity Minutes When Watch is Off Overnight

I've had my Fenix 6 Pro for 2 years. I wear it all day everyday but take it off to sleep at night. Intensity minutes have always been very accurate. Two times in the last 4 days, I woke up to 500+ intensity minutes overnight taking place when the watch was sitting on my nightstand (same place I usually keep it). What is going on? How do I make this not happen and is it possible to manually delete this activity?

  • Check the heart rate graph. Intensity minutes is measured by heart rate. Maybe the watch logged a heart rate.

My tip is to never keep the optical HR sensor face down. Always put the watch on the side.
