I changed the name of one of the sensors and the instant keyboard popped up. I entered the new name and got out of all that. Now my phone is consistently telling me a Garmin device is trying to use instant keyboard and it can't be dismissed.
Turned off instant keyboard but still can't dismiss the notification.
