Garmin forerunner 245 not synching with app or computer, no health or training stats displayed

My Garmin forerunner 245 has suddenly and rather frustratingly stopped synching with my phone garmin app or computer garmin connect

I no longer get my health or training stats

I have gone through the similar problems and solutions listed on the forum

However none of them work

Like switching off the watch and blue tooth on phone

I have plugged it into computer, synch it with computer but still no sleep etc displayed

It says you have to wear your watch while sleeping

Which I do

I have installed the latest versions of all apps and software

I removed and reinstalled garmin app on phone

Nothing worked

Please can you let me know a solution?

and reason for this?

Do you have to buy new hardware after a certain number of years or something?

No solution, sorry, but it sounds like my issue (fenix 6). Workouts are displayed and current hr/steps/body battery but there is no history. There are a couple of blips in some graphs. Maybe from when I have resetted something. Started around a week ago. Haven't touched any settings in years. There might have been some update around the time it stopped.

Haha. Removing and adding the device back helped. Zapping data/cache and the app did not. Made the incorrect assumption that the lattee would be more powerful.

That's exactly what was advised in the previously linked article. It could mean you have a duplicate / phantom Garmin Connect account. It may happen again, so you better try finding out what the other account is, and deleting it. Search for your email addresses and aliases on the Connection page:
