Try syncing over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express. If it does not work either, some of the activity files may be corrupted and may need a repair. In that case, you can try importing the activities manually to find out which of them causes the trouble, then zipping it and posting it here (use the function Insert » Image/Video/File » Upload) in order that a kind forum user can try fixing it.
If syncing with Garmin Express works, and you just need to fix the syncing over Bluetooth to the Garmin Connect mobile app, then check the tips in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide
