Not calculating my outdoor swimming

This is what is shows ,I have been swimming .Never used to do this. Shows yards but not actually in the sea.

Your starting point is on land. Did you start it on land? Did you wait until you had a good GPS position and after that pressed start? Do swim front crawl or *** strokes?

I do the same as I always do start my timer as walk to the shore.i swim front crawl. I don't know why it has stopped. It has worked perfectly since August last year.I have not changed any of my routine.I always start my timer before getting in the water.Nothing has changed.i have GPS whatever beach I use.Thankyou for suggestions.

This was the last time it worked.

Been swimming again today ,same thing happened ,stopped when entering ingredients the sea.water
