HR Zone values are not easily accessible

When I set my max HR in watch I can see the HR zones as percentages (e.g. Zone 5 90% - 100%). However, the watch doesn't tell me what the actual values for those zones are and I can find no real way to use HR zone WHILE training. Of course I can do math and figure those out, but why doesn't the watch/app do it for me. Am I not seeing something?

After I finish a training, the app shows a summary and it includes time spent in each HR zones. This summary contains the actual HR values. But if I'd like to do a training session in say mostly zone 4 I have to check in an old activity to know what HR I should go for.

I think the HR view could benefit from personalized HR zones.

Use the HRZ gauge screen that is preloaded to many activity profiles on most Garmin watch models. If it is not, add it, or add a custom Data Field showing you the HR zone. And you can also enable an alert or audio prompt for the desired HR zone.
