Usually my morning run gets me 50-90 intensity minutes. A big day is 125 for me. I stopped drinking 10 days ago. All of a sudden 5 days ago my daily intensity minutes increased to 300-400 per day. Gaining minutes a lot of the day.

Your Resting HR probably dropped, hence also the threshold for the IM.
