Training status on Forerunner 645 Music not being able to be processed

Garmin is not able to process my training status on Forerunner 645 Music (I bought it 3 years ago). Garmin connect's been displaying 'No status' and not able to provide any training load since mid Jan even though I run and cycle 6 times a week.

  • To get a training status you need training load and recent VO2 max values.

    Do a full restart of the watch. Hold the light button (top left) until the watch shuts down and then start it again.

    Do a sync and update with Garmin Express on a computer.

    I recommend to pay attention especially to the section with the title "I Believe My Device Is Associated With More Than One Garmin Connect Account", and in your place I would carefully follow all the steps listed under "My Device Syncs With My Phone" and "My Device Syncs Through My Computer", and I recommend doing it even if you are absolutely sure you never used any other Garmin Connect account. The steps will not bring back the lost data, but they will assure the correct syncing of new data.
