Training status widget fails to load when trying to open it

Version 4.63.1 when trying to go into the training status widget and via the menu bar, it opens for a second and then goes to a blank white screen, then the homepage reloads. Anyone else had this issue?

I can only see today's training status, but trying to look at the 4w, 12w or 6mo makes the app either crash or it flashes then goes back to the app home page. Where can we report this?

Having he same issues with Samsung s20 and fenix 6x Pro solar..

Fenix home screen appears for a fraction of a second, then cuts to white page, then Garmin Connect crashes.

Super annoying to say the least

4w works for me, but not 12w or 6m.

I am having the same issue too. It started suddenly on February 9th.

When I choose "Training Status" Garmin connect application crashes.

On the watch and on the website (connect.garmin.com) "Training Status" works ok.

I have so far tried the following without success:

* Restart application, smartphone and smartwatch.

* Clear the application cache data.

* Downloaded and installed connect app latest version. (4.63.1)

* Downloaded and installed smartwatch latest version (14.15).

* Uninstall and reinstall the garmin connect application on my smartphone.

* Installed the garmin connect application on another smartphone to make sure that's the problem is not on my smartphone. Issue persists.

Garmin forerunner 255 music

There was a software update in the FR 955 watch that solves this problem. Thank you Garmin for the quick fix.

Software update in Forerunner 955? I didn't get any. So what software version do You have now?
I have 11.12, and app version 4.63.1.
And weirdly after 5 days or so, the training status stared to work again. I didn't update anything, I have all automatic updates disabled.
