My new Vivoactive 4s is not showing Intensity minutes after finishing a Strength Activity. This activity is a workout routine I had scheduled it in my Connect calendar. After finishing the 40 minutes workout, I synced the activity and it shows in my day view. It shows I spent over 10 minutes in HR Zone 2, around 5 minutes in HR Zone 3 and just over a minute in HR Zone 4. Why would it show 0 as intensity minutes?
I have previous intensity minutes that were registered automatically when I went for a walk yesterday. But after an activity that I started it doesn't show?
The intensity minutes setting is currently set to: based on "auto"
I'd set it to HR Zones, but it wouldn't count minutes in HR Zone 1 plus 2, since it only allows to choose one. Given I'm just starting to workout for the first time in my life both zones count as moderate intensity for me. Also I'm not sure if this would fix the problem.
Is the auto setting not working properly? Would this be a faulty device? It also gives very high scores for body battery. Does it get more accurate with time? Or is it a faulty device.
My boyfriend's forerunner 955 hasn't had any inacuracy issues like this one.
