Updating watch time when watch connecting with app

Hello Garmin Team,

I think it is very helpful to synchronise the watch time with a time server, when the watch is connected with the Garmin Connect APP. The watch update at summer the time with GPS during activity automatically. During the winter are much indoor activities without GPS time synchronisation. Is there a chance to add this feature?

Thank you for your response trux! My Insinct Solar 2 only can synchronise with GPS signal. So I will write at the Instinct 2 forum.

I have Instinct 2 and it does synchronize the time with Garmin Connect, with Gamin Express, and with GPS. Exactly as stated in the article I linked. Of course, you have to keep the Time setting in "Auto".

Okay! I will try this:

"If your watch still displays the wrong time after following the steps above, the time source setting may be set to Manual. Switch this setting to Auto, then apply one of the above methods to update the time. "
