Connect 4.63 Android no Connection Rally 100/200

With the latest Version 4.63 it is not possible to pair Rally Pedals.

Trying 2 different Android Devices.

With IPhone and Version 4.62.2 Android Tablet no Problems.

New Version 4.63.1 is not working too.
