I am having issues recording good Anerobic activity when doing work.outs.
I am using a Fenix 6X Pro
A recent example work out - 28mins indoor cycling - my max heart rate was 160bpm average 149. This excercise resulted in an Aerobic load of 3.7 and an Anerobic load of 02. (I am 52 years old and have a measured VO2Max of over 45.7 for this excercise activity)
I would have thought with a max heart and avg heart rate well above the 70% threshold, not to mention my effort was 9/10+
- Should I have a higher Anerobic load?
- How do I increase my anerobic load? I hav3 tried HIIT and Tabat - no increased anerobic load.
Any suggests appreciated.
