Sleep movement data missing in version 4.63

All sleep movement data is missing in version 4.63, the sleep phases are there

Anyone else experiencing the same?

  • This is happening to me too! It's showing up on my vivomove style but nothing in the app. Very frustrating to say the least

  • Yes. I am seeing the same thing.

  • Sorry how do I do that?

    An email?

    If yes what address please.

Thank you I am not a techie...

  • You can find contact details here: https://support.garmin.com/

Towards the bottom is the contact support link.

  • Done - thank you.

    Told them issue.

    Garmin watch and Samsung S20.

    Cheers Linda

  • Spoke too soon - looks like it didn't sync today.

  • I believe that the Sleep data is NOT missing.

The sleep data is still accessible if you use the HEALTH tab and select sleep.  The data should still also visible and accessible on your watch, if this was one of displays.

The PROBLEM as I understand it is that the DAY CARD is no longer visible.

Hopefully Garmin can resolve quickly as I cannot see it being technically difficult to reinstate.

  • Despite belief and reporting of others to Garmin directly (including myself last fall) the pulse ox tab problem (2nd pic) persists for many.  Some do not have sleep data accessible on watches.  This is from the "Health & Performance" main menu, the sleep windows just are NOT displaying graphs properly as they formerly did as I described in my first comment.

  • Interesting.

This is different problem to one I thought was being described.

For your info, I see that the Y axis on your sleep graph is labelled "low" to "high".

On mine it is labelled "Deep", "Light",  "REM" & "Awake".

Also on mine, the bars are different heights, which is clearly a problem on yours.

I am sure that you have already noticed, but on the Pulse Ox and Respiration pages, it does show the sleep pattern as a coloured bar at the bottom, and it would appear that it is using same graphical information on the Sleep Stages page, rather than expanding the data.

I have just noticed that on your Pulse Ox Timeline, you have "Low" and "High" labels on right side of chart, and that your graph is solid underneath.

On mine I have no labels on the right, and my chart is depicted by a line which changes colour to match the colour circle at top of the page.

For your info I have App v 4.63.1

I have no suggestions as to what solution might be.  One for Garmin.  Sorry.

  • Same for me. My sleep data did come through one day, mid day. Again though, this morning, no data yet.
