Vivoactive 4, REMINDER AFTER DECLINED CALL WITH A MESSAGE (SMS)

Hi guys, is there any option to get a reminder after I decline a call using "Respond to Incoming Calls" function?

I use Samsung S9 and have set reminder on in android. So when I decline a call (with sms, eg. "I'll call you later"), I get reminder after 15 minutes. When I do the same using vivoactive 4 I don't get any reminer on the clock nor on the phone.
