Is there any timeline for adding Canadian style units?

Hi,

I just got a watch from Garmin but navigating the software there appears to be absolutely no way to set units in a way most Canadians use them. I would like to be able to measure distances in kilometres and weight and height in imperial units. This separation already exists in the UK style units, where they require basically the oposite units. I'm sure I am not the first nor will I be the last to ask this, but it would significantly improve the usability of the app for Canadians with a minimum amount of effort.

  • I'm in Canada. What I do is set everything in web and mobile Connect in imperial units. My watches allow each unit to be set individually so I set the watch distance units to kilometers. The only downside is that. although the watch reports kilometers, it gets converted to imperial by the time it gets back to Connect.
