During initial install of the ECG app I was asked to enable 2FA . It gave me two choices Phone number or email. I tried phone number (mobile) but it said it couldnt use that number. So I instead selected email. While I waited for the verification code the install for the ECG app disappeared. 2FA was successfully enabled but I couldnt find how to re-start the ECG app install. I rebooted the Venu 2 Plus re-syncd it several times. Finally it tooke me to the original ECG install screen on the phone and said it was successfull installed as no app install went from 8 of 9 to 9 of 9. However; it never loaded the splash screens telling me how to use etc. And I dont see the ECG app under the list of activites. I am almost tempted to do a factory reset and start over. Please advise. And I am in the Beta Program.
