Average Heart Rate "Alert" on Forerunner

I'm currently learning to use the MAF Method. For that, I really need an average heart rate alert.

I checked on the Forerunner 745, there is no average heart rate alert available. Therefore, I hope that the Garmin Smart Watch can provide an average heart rate alert.

You can set heart rate alerts on Forerunner 745: Alerts

You set a high and low alert so you stay in that range.
