In Connect I cannot see which workouts are present on my watch
That is how it works. The workouts on the watch do not sync to the app.
You send workouts from the app to the watch.
To delete workouts on the watch you must do that on the watch. Deleting in the app does not affect the watch.
When the watch is synced, it would be nice if there was an indicator after each workout to show whether it is on the watch or not.
Since you can delete workouts on the watch and that will not sync that to Garmin Connect the app will not know if the workout is on the watch or not. I suggest that you send the idea to Garmin: https://www.garmin.com/forms/ideas/
