Forerunner 645 completely wrong gps route.

The last 2 days (2023-01-17 and 18) my Forerunner 645 has been showing a completely wrong gps route. What can be done to prevent this from happening?

Try restarting the watch, and loading a fresh ephemeris data by connecting the watch to a computer with Garmin Express, and checking for updates.
