Sleep card won't show up, no matter what I do

Hi,

Yesterday I've got my Venu 2s and I set up everything as should. The problem however is that the sleep card simply will not show up in the connect app. I read that some other people on the forum also had this problem but all the fixes that worked for them don't work for me.

I have already synced multiple times, switched the watch off and on, deleted the watch from the app. Reinstalled the watch. Deleted the whole app and reinstalled it, connected the watch to my computer, but still no luck at all. Oh and it also is not hidden in the "edit my day" menu, checked that as well

The whole sleep card just won't appear in the app even though the watch itself did track my sleep (it's visible in the widgetmenu on the watch). I'm really getting frustrated now. Spent over 300 euros for a watch and now it won't even work properly

Do you see the logged sleep if you use the menu in the app and select Health Stats > Sleep?

No that's empty as well. All other things get synced but it seems as if the sleep doesn't want to be added to the app..

Ok. Then the issue is that sleep is not synced. The issue is not that you can't get the sleep card in the app. The card will appear when you got some sleep synced.

Are steps, stress and intensity minutes visible in the app?

Yes everything else is visible. Steps, stress, intensity, calories, floors etc. All is visible and does get synced and updated when I open the app, except for sleep

Sometimes it helps to sync with Garmin Express on a computer. If you've never done that it is a good idea. Also install any updates.

I already did that. Didn't make any difference. The sleep card on my computer/web connect stays blanc too. Watch is also fully updated

As I already stated above I do see the sleep card in the web version but it is blanc. There is no data in there except for the one time I manually added my sleep time. The data that gets collected through the watch won't show

If it is blanc, there will be no card in Garmin Connect app. The card in the app will show only when some data is available. If the watch syncs successfully, and other data is visible in GC, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing, especially the hint #4
