I need a pin number to reconnect my Lily sport to a new phone.

Is your old phone still connected to the Lily? If so, make sure you've removed it from Garmin Connect app as well as unpaired from the Bluetooth settings on the old phone. Otherwise - Garmin Connect App: Garmin Device Not Found During the Pairing Process
