How to filter notifications from phone to watch

I have some notifications coming from my phone that I Would like to be stopped from being sent to my Forerunner 235.

Of course I could stop those notifications but I need them on the phone while on don't want it on the phone for it keep beeping and vibrating.

Is it possible?

Controlling what notifications display on your Garmin device can be managed from the Garmin Connect app.

Open the Garmin Connect app.

Select Black box with three blue horizontal lines (top left).

Select Settings.

Select Notifications.

Select App Notifications.

From here, toggle to enable or disable all smart notifications or customize by selecting individual apps.
