My garmin instinct solar keeps turning off every time I get a notification.

My garmin instinct solar keeps turning off whenever I get a message, phone call, and notifications. I have had to disconnect all notifications to my watch just so I can use it. I've had my watch for about a year and a half now. It started happening about a month ago.

Try disabling just the vibration, to see whether it is the culprit. I already saw cases here on the forum where the vibrator drew current too high for the battery to handle. If so, then either contact the Support and see whether the watch can be warranty-replaced (in EU there is a mandatory 2 years warranty for electronic devices), or keep the vibrations off.

I also have notes issues as OP suggested. Changing from vibration to just tones doesn’t help the situation either.

In that case follow the other advice and contact the Support.
