I have my 5 last years of training in my Google Fit account.
I buy a Garmin watch (Venu 2) and I want to import all my past data in Garmin Connect.
How it is this possible ?
Do you have any clue ?
Thank you !

Hi bobopas71.
Thank you, I already have Health Sync, but I need to make it in the other way.
I want to put my Google Fit data in Garmin Connect, and that's not possible with Health Sync.
Garmin Connect > Google Fit : Posible.
Google Fit > Garmin Connect : Not Possible
And I try a LOT of sync app, and it's never possible to put Garmin Connect like a destination of the data.
So I still blocked.
Which data exactly do you want to sync to Garmin Connect? Garmin Connect is a hub for the data from Garmin devices, and those sync to it automatically, without the need for Google Fit, so I do not quite see a reason for importing data from Google Fit to GC.
Mainly my past activities.
It's just to have all my history in one place.
I have had a Garmin device for 2 weeks. Previously I had a watch that connected to Google Fit.
Mainly my past activities.
In that case you do not need any automatic syncing. Simply export your activities in one of the supported formats, and import them manually on the Import page of Garmin Connect Web at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data The best is using either the FIT or TCX file formats.
Yes, that's what I said I need to "import" and not to synch.
So, the real issue is to find how to retreive a TCX or a FIT from Google fit .
Sorry, I know nothing about Google Fit. If nobody peeks in here with an advice, you may have a better luck looking up the export possibilities of Google Fit on their platform. Or just try googling it - Google search reveals some tips, but I did not read them, to tell you whether they really work: google fit export activities - Google Search
You could also perhaps sync your Google Fit activities to Strava, and then export them from there in a compatible format, if there is no direct possibility to export the activities in a suitable format from Google Fit.
Yes, thank you trux.
I will try the different solutions tonight.
So I try to export the Google Fit data. And it's pretty cool I can have all the TCX files.
But unfortunatly when I import the data in Garmin connect an error occurs.
I find that the name of the "Activities" on the Google Fit TCX files are not the same that Garmin requires.
It's very weird, in Garmin Connect when I export some activities like "Treadmil Running", Garmin put "Other" in the activities TCX file. So i have no idea how Garmin detect and understand some activities.
I think I will open another topic to ask, how activities are named on TCX Garmin files.

You can record a brief 3s dummy activity, export it in the TCX file format from Garmin Connect, and you'll see the types. I did not test all, but as far as I remember, Garmin may be using only Running, Cycling, and Other types, so you would need to correct the right type of activity manually in Garmin Connect, after the import. FIT files are much better for the import in this regard.
There was a similar case of a user trying to import TCX files ang getting import errors, in the thread Import Huawei activities to Garmin Connect - Garmin Connect Web - Mobile Apps & Web - Garmin Forums, so you may want to check it out too.
