Since Christmas Eve the app has ceased to update any activity. App continues to show the same 7 day averages but all days since 24th have nil activity.

Failure to update. Sync just spins.

  • Try syncing over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express. You could also try restarting both the watch, and the phone. If nothing helps, there may be a broken activity FIT file preventing the syncing - in Garmin Connect, go to Settings » Device Sync Audit, and check it for errors.
